Ready Design Services Request Policy
"Please note that the Gold and Bronze packages are exclusively for pre-designed services
Changes to text and voice are allowed in all individual services and packages.
Our logo is not removable in all electronic services.
Clients can add one free electronic banner in the Gold package only.
All ready design templates are non-editable in terms of color, design elements, and video presentation.
The revision allowance for individual services is once only, within one business day after delivery via email, and within two business days after delivery. Revisions are only permitted for spelling or tonal errors, and font type cannot be changed after approval and delivery.
Requesting a theme implies your agreement for personal use only (printing and preparation for the occasion), not for commercial purposes. It is strictly prohibited to send it to another designer for modification or resale. Any violation of these terms will result in legal consequences.
Service Delivery Method:

If you request a theme only or monthly milestone cards, they will be appearing directly after completion of the order and you ca download it immediately .

Our logo is not removable in all electronic services.
Services are delivered in stages, and the details will be explained upon request and communication through Telegram.
Custom designs are not viewable or reusable for any other client and are exclusively for the same client.
No external design is animated, and no idea from another designer is copied, whether approved or not.
Orders must be placed at least two months before the occasion to avoid conflicts between the delivery time and the occasion date.
New designs will be published on our websites immediately after the occasion date, except for custom designs.
